Electrical property of Mo-doped V[O.sub.2] nanowire array film by melting-quenching sol-gel method
Article Abstract:
The preparation of Mo-doped V[O.sub.2] nanowire array film with good thermochromic properties by melting-quenching followed by heat treatment in a vacuum is presented. Mo-doped V[O.sub.2] nanowire array film displays a low S-M transition temperature of 42 degree Celsius and a narrow hysteresis loop of 2 degree Celsius with the enhancement of the electron concentration due to the presence of Mo donors, the Fermi level shifts toward the conduction band, resulting in the decrease of [E.sub.a] and then TCR.

Mononuclear lanthanide complexes with a long magnetization relaxation time at high temperatures: A new category of magnets at the single-molecular level
Article Abstract:
The dynamic magnetic properties of two mononuclear phthalocyanine-lanthanide complexes at single-molecular level are investigated. Measurements of alternating current (ac) magnetic susceptibility and magnetization hysteresis loop of two complexes, which are anionic bis(phthalocyaninato) terbium and bis(phthalocyaninato) dysprosium, revealed characteristic temperature and frequency dependence, reflecting their slow magnetization relaxation.
